The Earthquake Emergency Solar Dome Televillage Initiative project offers a framework, platform, and tools for the homeless to gain the knowledge they need to direct their economic destiny and improve their lives.

The mission is to create a network of Solar Dome Televillages connected to the Internet and powered with solar energy throughout the country. Our vision is to educate and empower the poor and homeless of the world to gain the knowledge and capabilities that will enable them to create a high standard of living in a global sustainable future.
